Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
Client will pay MIMI ROSE LONDON a 30% ( of the total booking amount ) deposit to secure the booking
date, either by cash or bank transfer.
This deposit is non refundable.
This deposit may vary for destination weddings.
Client will pay the remaining amount in total by bank transfer or cash either prior to the booking or on arrival
of the booking.
It is the client’s responsibility for all payments.
**Please note if the balance is not paid you may be liable for to additional surcharges **
TRAVEL
Travel inside of a 15 mile radius of the artist home [RH15] no fee is charged.
Travel over a 10 mile radius will be charged at £0.45 per mile, to and from venue the venue, this includes trials.
Multiple locations for getting ready on the day of the wedding will Incur an extra charge.
Bookings on a Sunday, Bank Holidays or during unsociable hours (travel prior to 6.30am) will incur an extra
charge of £50.00.
** These terms are not applicable to destination weddings . Flights and accommodation, travel to and from venue will need to be covered by Client when using MIMI ROSE LONDON abroad.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the date will incur 50% of the remaining balance for all
services.
Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior will incur the 100% remaining balance for all services.
Deposits for bookings are strictly non refundable.
** Reducing the service required (ie cancelling bridal party makeup or hair) will still incur the full remaining balance at the discretion of MIMI ROSE LONDON**
ASSISTANCE
If an assistant is required for large bridal parties an assistant fee of £100 will be added to the formal quote unless stated otherwise.
If the bridal party increases after the booking has been made this fee will be added to the final invoice.
LIABILITY
Client agrees to hold harmless MIMI ROSE LONDON , its agents, assistants and staff from any liability
from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims and actions that may occur to parties.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement represents all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other
understanding or representations, oral or otherwise, regarding the agreement shall bind any of the
parties.
By paying your deposit to MIMI ROSE LONDON you are therefore stating you have read and
understood this contract and are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this contract.
Should MIMI ROSE LONDON not receive the deposit payment, your booking will not be confirmed and
therefore MIMI ROSE LONDON reserves the right to release the booking without further notice.
Please email contact@mimiroselond.com for a copy of your contract and invoice if you have not already received one.
Please do not pay your deposit until you have recieved your invoice and contract and have understood the above.
